Are you thinking about selling your home - but not *quite* ready to bite the bullet and put it up for sale this year?  Are you worried that when the time comes you won’t attract any buyers? Here’s my advice - if you’re not quite ready to list now - start cleaning!  Start doing all those yard improvements like adding flowers, a fence, a garden, painting the exterior and trim, and all those other things that can instantly improve your curb appeal. Why now?  Because word of mouth is priceless! (literally!)  If you think your neighbors don’t notice your yard, you’re wrong! Once your neighbors start seeing all the improvements and it’s great curb appeal, they’ll start spreading the word.    Maybe a neighbor will see how beautiful your home looks and will tell a friend or relative!  Maybe someone who drives through your neighborhood everyday will always note how amazing it looks.  All it takes is one person to fall in love with your home!When the time comes to put your home on the market - you’ll be more prepared, the word will be out about your great home, and you can hit the ground running!
